Halal Certification Process

The Halal Quality Control (HQC) halal certification process involves several phases, which may vary depending on the specific needs of manufacturers and suppliers. In general, the main stages of the HQC halal certification process are as follows:

  1. Certification Request: The manufacturer or supplier submits a halal certification request to HQC, providing detailed information about the product or service to be certified.

  2. Preliminary assessment: HQC evaluates the submitted documentation and, if necessary, conducts a preliminary visit to the manufacturer or supplier to assess the compliance of the products or services with halal standards.

  3. Field Audits: HQC conducts a field audit to verify the compliance of products or services with halal standards, examining production procedures, hygiene and food safety, labeling, and traceability.

  4. Sample Analysis: HQC takes samples of products or services for laboratory analysis to ensure halal compliance.

  5. Supply Chain Verification: HQC verifies that all suppliers in the supply chain comply with halal regulations.

  6. Certificate Issuance: HQC issues the halal certificate only after ensuring that all requirements have been met.

After issuing the certificate, HQC conducts regular field audits to ensure halal requirements are maintained. HQC also provides support to manufacturers and suppliers to improve the halal compliance of their products or services.

In summary, HQC's halal certification process involves several stages, which allow us to assess the compliance of products or services with halal standards and issue a reliable and professional certificate, ensuring the quality and reliability of HQC's halal certification.
